Chuck Brown
Chuck Brown is the founder and CEO of Infinity, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience in computer network support and IT consulting, Chuck knows the key to developing effective technology solutions is understanding how a company functions.
To begin his career, Chuck served with the City of Savannah’s Information Services Department for 15 years. There he was instrumental in developing and implementing a plan to migrate the City from a Unisys mainframe environment to a more modern and efficient Windows network. After two years of using his spare time to help small businesses implement smart technology solutions, Chuck saw the need for local support. He partnered with his brother David to found Infinity, Inc. in January of 1999.
Chuck and his wife, Jill, have five children. They are involved in their church and various activities with their children. In his free time, Chuck enjoys hunting and competitive shooting. And as of April 2020, he is a bestselling co-author.
David Brown

David Brown
David is the COO of Infinity, Inc., overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the company is moving forward to reach its strategic goals. His duties include consulting, management, planning, and engineering.
With more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, David has a unique understanding of the challenges facing small to mid-size businesses today. Before joining Infinity, David was Systems Manager for the U.S. District Court for eight years. During his tenure, the court moved from using typewriters and paper dockets to an electronic system that included remote access to scanned court documents.
David and his wife, Melanie, have three children. They are very involved in their church and enjoy water sports, fishing, and travel.

Jeff Rolen
Jeff is the VP of Operations at Infinity Inc. He ensures client satisfaction, maximizing efficiency while reducing downtime, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Support Department. Jeff brings over 15 years experience improving service levels and driving operational excellence to the Infinity Inc family.
On his off time, he loves spending time with his wife, Ariel, and their two children. He also enjoys watching football and coaching his daughter in softball.

Raechel is the Service Manager at Infinity Inc. She brings over 15 years of customer service expertise, including four years in dispatch with Infinity Inc. This background equips her to understand the broader context of client support. She is proactive in addressing challenges, drawing on her deep knowledge of both the team and our clients to achieve swift resolutions. Over her tenure, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of our clients' needs, enabling her to approach issues holistically. Her leadership style, characterized by humility, empathy, and a shared commitment to exceptional service, empowers our team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
